Blackwater
Barge

It’s
actually a Thames barge on the River Blackwater. These barges
are like a recurring memory to me - not just because their shape
& colour are aesthetically pleasing but also because, in my
childhood, it was still a relatively common sight to see them
working up and down the River Thames which I considered then to
be my territory.
